CONSENT to participate in photo and video recording events

I hereby give my consent and transfer my rights on a gratuitous basis (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") to Individual Entrepreneur Narinskaya Valeriya Dmitrievna (TIN 502804019810, OGRN 307502819000022) (hereinafter referred to as "IP") for the following:
1.1. I give my consent to the IP to use my images and comments (message text). This Consent applies to all (any) my images and (photographic and video) comments, interviews obtained as a result of a video recording of a meeting/webinar with my participation, during the filming of the individual entrepreneur Narinskaya Valeria Dmitrievna in the period from "01" January 2026 to "31"
December 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Images/Interviews").
In accordance with this Agreement and Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, I give my consent to the free use of my image, including my image/voice and performance, including but not limited to:
- publication and further use of a citizen's image (including their
photos, as well as video recordings or works of fine art that depict them);
- reproduction of the results of intellectual activity (video/photo shooting), which involves making one or more copies of the results of intellectual activity or their parts in any material form, including sound recordings or video recordings. At the same time, recording a work on an electronic medium, including recording in computer memory, is also considered reproduction;
- distribution of the results of intellectual activity or other alienation of their
originals or copies;
- public display, public performance of the results of intellectual activity
(videography/photography), that is, any demonstration of the original or copy of a photo- and
videography session directly, as well as the demonstration of individual frames of an audiovisual
work without directly observing their sequence or using technical means in a place open to the public or in a place where a significant number of people are present, regardless of whether the work is perceived in the place of its demonstration or in another place simultaneously with the demonstration of the work:
- providing the results of intellectual activity (video/photo shooting) in the public domain, including on the Internet by posting in Telegram channels and chats, on the GetCourse platform and other platforms owned by an individual entrepreneur.
1.2. I agree to make changes aimed at objective improvement of the quality
of images (retouching, color correction and/or lighting correction, etc.), as well as to use
images without indicating my name/alias (anonymous use).
1.3. This Consent can be obtained by exchanging scanned copies of documents
via email, messengers and other communication channels.
1.4. This Consent is valid indefinitely and applies to countries around the world.
